We prepare our Fennel extract from mature seeds of Foeniculum vulgare plants which are Certified Organically Grown.

To assure optimal extraction of Fennel's bioactive compounds, the seeds are hand-harvested after maturing in late summer, are carefully shade-dried and cleaned of all chaff & stem, and are then thoroughly extracted.
