    If you’d like an immediate replacement for your produce, please bring it back to your store and they will send you home with another batch that’s to your liking.

    If you’d prefer, a live representative can process your refund. You can chat with us by going to our Contact Us page and selecting the Live Chat option, or by calling 1-800-KROGERS.

    If you’ve arrived home and noticed a freshness problem with your order, there are several options you can choose from to request your refund. You can now request a refund directly from our site or app by selecting Purchase History, navigating to the appropriate order, then selecting Request a Refund on the specific item.

    You can also call 1-800-KROGERS to have a live representative process your refund.

    Requesting a refund for a delivery order has never been easier. Go to the order in your Purchase History on our site or app and select Request a Refund on the individual item.

    Price adjustment refunds cannot be processed online. To request a price adjustment, visit our Contact Us page to speak with a live chat representative, or call 1-800-Krogers.

    Once your refund is confirmed, it will take 5-7 business days to receive the refund via your payment method.

    Where you receive your refund is dependent on whether the item was purchased in-store or online, and on the payment method used for the purchase.

    For in-store purchases: Please visit us in-store if you need the refund directly to your original payment method. For refunds initiated by 1-800-KROGERS or by a live chat representative, you will receive a credit on your Kroger Plus Card that can be used towards your next purchase. Monetary refunds cannot be issued online at this time.

    For pickup and delivery purchases: Fresh Guarantee concerns will be refunded to your original payment method. For EBT and gift card purchases, please call 1-800-KROGERS for assistance.
