Most use of data is completely anonymized and not considered personal information. In the event we are required by law (CCPA subject to Civil Code section 1798.125) to assign a value for consumer personal information, we estimate the value using a reasonable and good-faith method which consists of the profit generated by the business from the sale, collection, or retention of consumer’s personal information. Any disclosure of a value is not intended to waive, nor should be interpreted as a waiver to, our proprietary or business confidential information, including trade secrets.
