Dress It Up Blackberry Vinaigrette

Our scrumptious Blackberry Dressing is sometimes sweet, sometimes rich and savory. With a depth that is hard to identify, the blackberry belies its four simple ingredients. This is the first of our dressings to feature Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In fact, California can take all the credit for this brew because the oil, vinegar, and garlic are all sourced in California. (We did just find a source for Pacific sea salt so perhaps the next batch will be able to boast 100% Californian). We are so proud of this dressing - it adds panache to whatever it adorns.
