J.T.S. Brown has distilled Kentucky's Finest Bourbon for more than 100 years under a traditional time honored method handed down by three generations. It is noted for its milder flavor, smoothness, and delicate aroma. Fully matured for 4 years adn bottled at 100 proof, this Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon is made to the exacting standards of the US government. To be labeled a BIB, the whiskey must be the product of one distillation season and one distiller at a single distillery, aged in a federally bonded warehouse under U.S. government supervision for at least four years, and it must be bottled at exactly 100 proof. Additionally, the BiB label must clearly identify the distillery where it was distilled and where it was bottled, if different.
Aromas of caramelized apples and pine nuts converge nicely with a complex and rich palate of fruits and oaked spice. This spirit is golden in color.
