Make your own high bounce ball with this Mad Lab kit! Safe and non-toxic ingredients. Put the two capsule pieces together, pour in the colored ingredients, submerge the capsule into a glass of water for 10 minutes, remove from the water and set the capsule on wax paper for 3 minutes, remove the sides of the capsule, then let the ball sit over night to dry!
