A Chelsea™ doll with a neon tie-dye roller-skate outfit is guaranteed, but each doll's bright look remains a mystery until revealed. The packaging is part of the fun -- pull the strip to remove the outer layer and reveal a clear tube. Inside are a Color Reveal™ Chelsea™ doll, whose full look is hidden behind a neon tie-dye coating, and four bags with surprises. Remove everything and fill the tube with warm water, then insert the doll and swirl it around. The three neon colors merge into blue, and when the doll is pulled out, their features are revealed! Each Chelsea™ doll has neon molded hair and a bright patterned bodice. The surprises continue; open the bags to discover a tie-dye print skirt or shorts, ice cream snack, pair of roller skates and plug-in neon-colored ponytail. Color-change effects on the dolls' hair add to the surprise and fun. Use the tube to store these and other favorites. Which doll will you reveal?
