Pepper Jelly and Cream Cheese Bites
These bites make a great appetizer to feed a crowd. And with just three main ingredients, they’re so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz. red pepper jelly
- 3 tbsp. fresh thyme, to serve
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Carefully lay puff pastry on a clean surface and cut into 12 equal pieces. Press each piece into a muffin cup and bake 10-12 minutes, until lightly crisp. Push down centers, if needed.
- Spoon cream cheese into each puff pastry, then top with pepper jelly. Bake 5-7 minutes, until warmed.
- Serve with fresh thyme and refrigerate leftovers.
