If you are a Kroger World Elite Mastercard® cardholder, we understand that you may have received information from U.S. Bank regarding changes to your card.

We can confirm that Kroger's relationship with U.S. Bank is ending. U.S. Bank is communicating directly with cardholders regarding the impact on their accounts and any upcoming changes.

Please note:

• Your Kroger loyalty account will remain active, and you will continue to earn Kroger loyalty points on eligible purchases when using your Kroger loyalty account number.  Any earned Kroger loyalty points can still be redeemed for fuel discounts or grocery savings. However, your current 5¢ per gallon fuel savings at Kroger Fuel Centers associated with the Kroger World Elite Mastercard® will end when your credit card account is converted or closed.
• If you are a Boost by Kroger Plus member whose membership was provided through your Kroger World Elite Mastercard® credit card benefits, your membership will continue through its current expiration date. To view your Boost membership expiration date, log in to your Kroger account through the Kroger app or website and visit Boost Member Management. If you do not currently have a digital account, you can create one here.
